井下油水分离管柱动力学分析

油田开发相继进入高含水开采期,井液含水率普遍已达90%以上,针对这一问题建立了一套完整的井下油水分离系统,实施同井注采降低成本。通过数值模拟分别对管柱模态与谐响应、管柱瞬态动力学进行分析。经过分析预测得出,当井下油水分离工艺管柱工作转速在50~350r/min范围内,激励频率为3Hz(180r/min)、4Hz(240r/min)时,井下油水分离工艺管柱因发生共振产生较大变形。通过瞬态动力学分析,预测得出井下油水分离工艺管柱在转速为100r/min时,危险截面位于密封轴和旋流分离器下端,所以在实际应用时加扶正器进行控制。该理论研究为下一步的井下油水分离系统现场试验研究奠定了基础,提供了充分的技术支持与保障,确保了井下油水分离系统的实施。
Many oilfields have entered the high water cut period whose water cut has reached higher than 90%generally. In order to solve this problem, a complete set of downhole oil-water separation system has been established, and the separated water is reinjected into the same well to reduce the cost. Through the numerical simulation, the modal and harmonic response as well as the transient dynamic of pipe string have been analyzed.The results predicted that the relatively large deformation of downhole pipe would occur due to resonance at excitation frequency of 3Hz(180r/min) and 4Hz(240r/min) respectively when the working rotary speed of pipe string was in the range of 50 to 350 r/min. With the analysis of the transient dynamic, the dangerous section was located at the lower end of the sealing shaft and the cyclone separator when the rotary speed of pipe string was 100r/min, which be controlled by using centralizer in the practical application. The theoretical research will lay a foundation for the next field test of downhole oil-water separation system; provide the full technical support and guarantee, ensure the implementation of downhole oil-water separation system.
