引入回归差的控制试样法在测定铁矿石CaO、SiO_2含量中的应用

摘要
控制试样法因其修正方式简单直观,对检验精度确有提升作用,在光谱分析中有广泛的运用空问。本文通过列举各类型控制试样的修正原理和短板,介绍一种全新的控样数据修正方法,并将之用于X射线荧光法测定铁矿石CaO、SiO_2含量的检测中,从而验证其可行性。
The control sample method can improve the accuracy of the test result and its simple and intuitive.This method has a wide range of application in the spectral analysis field.This paper compare the various types of control sample methods and introduce a new kind of data process method named control sample method with regression difference.An attempt to verify this new methods feasibility by using it in determination of CaO and SiO_2 of the iron ore was made in this paper.
