污染土壤中重金属锌吸附菌株的筛选研究

摘要
本试验主要进行的是污染土壤中吸附重金属锌菌株的筛选、鉴定。通过采集污染土壤样品,富集培养、菌株分离,以及吸附率测定,得到了4株锌吸附能力较高的菌株。分别命名为ZnA-4、ZnE-3、ZnH-2、ZnL-2,其中ZnH-2菌株对锌的吸附率最高,达到48.30%,其次是ZnL-2,吸附率为42.95%。通过常规细菌鉴定方法,从菌落形态特征、生理生化试验等两方面对4株菌进行鉴定,初步鉴定这四株菌均为为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus.spp)。此功能性菌株有望在土壤污染原位固定技术作为修复菌剂来使用。
This experiment mainly carries on the screening,identification of adsorption of heavy metal zinc strains in pollution soil. Through contaminated soil samples collected, enrichment cultivation, separation strains, as well as the determination of adsorption rate, the 4 strains with higher adsorption capacity are obtained. They are named ZnA-4,ZnE-3,ZnH-2,Zn L-2,The adsorption rate of ZnH-2 strain was the highest, at 48.30%, Next is ZnL-2,the adsorption rate was 42.95%.Through the using conventional methods of bacterial identification. The 4 strains were identified from the two aspects of colony morphology, physiological and biochemical test, preliminary identification of 4 strains were bacillus(Bacillus. spp).
