镜面单锥TEM小室电磁场标准装置的研究

摘要
为满足目前瞬态电磁场传感器的校准问题,研制了镜面单锥TEM小室电磁场标准装置,用于kHz到数GHz带宽以下的测量传感器校准。基于无线长双锥天线,对镜面单锥结构进行了解析分析及数值仿真模拟分析,证明其应用的可行性;根据理论分析,进行了工程机械设计并加工制作;最终验收结果表明,机械结构良好,馈电点电压反射系数小于6%(对应驻波系数VSWR<1.11),单锥TEM小室内场接收波形与源监测波形具有较高一致性,单次测量结果的偏差最大不超过5%,满足应用要求。
The mirror monoconical TEM cell has been developed for calibration of transient electromagnetic field sensors recently,the bandwidth of sensors can be from several k Hz to GHz.Mathematical analysis and simulation analysis are made for the mirror monoconical structure based on infinite biconical antenna,the result has proved the feasibility of the device.The device has been designed and manufactured.The test results indicate that the mechanical structure is good,with the feeding point voltage reflection coefficient less than 6%(corresponding VSWR<1.11).The field in monoconical TEM cell and the signal source are in high accordance,with the measurement error less than 5%.
