220GHz回旋放大器输入窗设计

摘要
本文给出一种应用于220GHz回旋放大器的盒型窗结构。由标准波导,圆波导,介质窗片三部分构成,介质材料为蓝宝石。利用三维电磁仿真软件CST对其进行模拟计算,优化出具体结构尺寸,并进行加工与实验测试。实验测得在215~221GHz这个频段内的损耗小于0.5d B,与仿真结果基本相符,满足回旋入大器的参数要求。
