Ka/Q双频段空间行波管研究

摘要
利用HFSS15.0软件模拟计算了一种适用于Ka/Q双频段空间行波管的高频结构,并利用CST软件对其整管进行了注-波互作用的模拟分析,结果表明:所设计的Ka/Q双频段空间行波管在29~31GHz范围内,输出功率大于238.8W,效率大于12.76%,增益大于43.96d B;在43.5~45.5GHz范围内,输出功率大于243.9W,电子效率大于12.76%,增益大于43.86d B。
