摘要

肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,其病因和发病机制复杂,临床上尚缺乏十分有效的治疗药物。近年来,随着微生态学的发展及相关研究的深入,肠道菌群与肠易激综合征发病的关系日益受到相关研究者的关注。目前,应用酪酸梭菌治疗肠易激综合征在试验中己取得不错的效果,它能够有效改善患者腹痛、腹泻等症状,提高患者的生活质量。文章对应用酪酸梭菌治疗肠易激综合征的相关研究及其机理进行了综述。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder,the etiology and pathogenesis of which still remain unclear.Therefore,no effective medicine for the treatment of IBS was found.In recent years,along with the development of microecology and its deepened research,the relationship between intestinal flora and IBS has brought more attention of researchers.Currently,positive effects on the treatment of IBS have been found by the usage of Clostridium butyricum(CB) which could be effective on the symptoms of IBS and improve the health of the IBS patients.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review on the researches of using CB on IBS and its mechanism.
