深基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响分析

摘要
对正态分布密度函数拟合地表沉降曲线方法和随机介质理论进行介绍的基础上,分析了广东某商业办公楼深基坑开挖过程中的周边建筑物沉降监测成果;采用理论计算和实测分析相结合的方法,选取多个具有代表性的周边建筑物沉降点,对其由于支护结构位移和地下水下降两种因素影响引起的沉降分别进行了理论计算,再利用叠加原理得到总沉降值并与实测沉降成果进行了对比分析。结果表明,理论计算结果与实测数据曲线符合性较高;建筑物产生的位移大小、速率与基坑开挖深度有很大关系;基坑开挖过程中应重视降水因素对建筑物沉降的影响。
ion the basis of introduce the density function of the normal distribution curve fitting surface subsidence and stochastic medium theory.It analysis the results of monitoring of surrounding buildings settlement of a commercial office building for deep excavation process in Guangdong.By using the combined method of theoretical calculation and experimental analysis,choose more representative of the surrounding buildings settlement points measured data,the results of its caused by the displacement of supporting structure and the influence of groundwater decline in the settlement of the theoretical calculation,and has carried on the comparative analysis with the measured results.The results show that the theoretical calculation results with the measured data curve compliance is higher;Building size,rate of displacement and excavation depth has much to do;Should focus on during the process of foundation pit excavation considering the influence of precipitation factors on building settlement.The project settlement calculation methods have some practical value in engineering.
