山羊源芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及遗传多样性分析

摘要
从外表健康山羊的瘤胃内容物和粪便中分离到85株疑似芽孢杆菌,通过对疑似菌株的进一步革兰染色镜检形态和染色特性观察,以及16s rRNA序列扩增测序分析,鉴定出共15个种,运用MEGA 5.1软件构建了分离株的系统发育树,分离菌株具有明显的遗传多样性。
88 Bacillus strains were isolated from the rumen and faecal samples of the apparently healthy goat.These isolated bacteria were identified by Gram staining and 16 s rRNA sequence amplification and analysis.The results showed that total 85 bacillus strains of 15 specieswere identified and the identified bacillus strains had obvious genetic diversity when the phylogenetic trees were built using MEGA version 5.1 software.
