基于LabVIEW和MATLAB的X射线荧光CT重建软件

摘要
计算机X射线荧光断层扫描成像技术(X-ray fluorescence computed tomography,XFCT)因其能够同时测量生物样品中微量元素的分布和含量而受到广泛关注。随着基于不同目的的X射线荧光CT系统的搭建,X射线荧光CT重建技术软件的编写显得尤为重要。文章基于LabVIEW和MATLAB工具软件针对平移旋转扫描成像方式编写了一款X射线荧光CT重建软件,编写过程中充分利用了MATLAB强大的数据处理能力和LabVIEW友好的界面设计优势。主要采用在LabVIEW中调用动态链接库(dynamic link library,DLL)方法整合FBP(filter back projection)、MLEM(maximum likelihood expectation maximization)以及OSEM(ordered subsets expectation maximization)重建算法,在输入参数以及投影数据情形下,用户可以选择是否加入吸收校正来对样品数据进行重建并给出相关的图像质量评价指标。测试结果显示,所编写软件能够适用于平移-旋转扫描成像系统X射线荧光CT的重建。
