锂离子电池用氧化石墨烯/聚乙烯复合隔膜的性能研究

摘要
以商品化聚乙烯隔膜作为基材,采用浸溃法制备了GO/PE复合隔膜。对其浸润性、受限高温稳定性、微观形貌以及电化学性能进行了检测和分析。研究结果表明,GO/PE复合隔膜具有优异的电解液浸润性能,在165℃受限高温条件下复合隔膜结构完整未发生熔断。利用其组装的电池具有优异的倍率与循环性能,4C倍率时放电比容量达到121.2mA·h/g。
The GO/PE composite separators are prepared by the immersion method with PE commercialization separators as substrate.Then their properties including wettability by liquid electrolyte,constrained high-temperature stability,morphology and electrochemical performance are tested.The results show that the GO/PE composite separators have excellent wettability by electrolyte.The GO/PE composite separators didn't fuse under the condition of 165℃.The assembled batterys with GO/PE composite separators exhibit excellent cycle and rate performances,AC rate discharge capacity of 121.2 mAh/g.
