三峡水库蓄水期向下游通江湖泊补水调度效果及潜力分析

摘要
长江中游是长江流域的核心地区,通江湖泊(洞庭湖、鄱阳湖,简称两湖)与长江水势相连、交互影响,构成复杂的江湖关系。近年来在气候变化和人类活动的双重作用下,特别是在干支流水库蓄水期间两湖水位出现了提前持续偏低等现象,严重威胁着湖泊湿地生态系统健康。本文以长江中游洞庭、鄱阳两湖为具体研究对象,开展了三峡水库蓄水期优化调度研究,致力于提出满足通江湖泊最小生态需水、维护湖泊生态健康的三峡水库优化调控方法。研究结果表明:通过三峡水库优化调度可减缓水库蓄水对通江湖泊的不利影响,但作用十分有限,迫切需将长江干流三峡水库、湖泊流域控制性水库纳入统一调度系统开展联合优化调度,研究成果为三峡等水库综合调度方案的制定提供参考。
The middle reach of the Yangtze river is the core region of the Yangtze River basin.The River-connected lakes(Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake) are connected to the Yangtze River,interacting and constituting a complex relationship.In recent years,due to climate change,human activities especially simultaneous impoundment of reservoirs on the Yangtze River,the water level of Dongting Lake has decreased in recent years,which has threatened the health of the lake' s ecosystem.To mitigate the adverse effects resulting from conventional reservoir operation,this paper takes Dongting and Poyang Lake as an example,an ecologically oriented reservoir optimization model was developed to maintain the water level of the lake as close as possible to the ecological water level.The results show that it can mitigate adverse effects through the optimal operation of Three Gorges Reservoir,but their effect is very limited.It is urgent to joint the TGR,key reservoirs in Dongting lake basin.The results may provide theoretical guidance and alternative to improve the ecological environment of the Dongting Lake by optimizing the operation of the TGR.
