空气弹簧在车载担架隔振系统中的应用研究

摘要
目的:检验空气弹簧在车载担架隔振系统中的隔振效果。方法:运用四个单曲囊式空气弹簧共用一个附加气室的结构设计车载担架隔振系统,对该系统进行行车振动试验研究。结果:车辆在沥青路面行驶时空气弹簧车载担架隔振系统能衰减50%以上车厢地板的振动能量,砂石路面行驶时能衰减20%以上车厢地板的振动能量。同时,隔振系统能较大程度地衰减车厢地板的共振峰值。结论:空气弹簧运用于车载担架隔振系统能达到较好的隔振效果,因此空气弹簧在车载担架系统的隔振领域中具有很大的应用潜力。
Objective Vibration isolation effect of air spring used in vehicle-stretcher vibration isolation system is tested. Methods Vibration isolation system is designed for vehicle-stretcher through the structure of four single-bagged air springs connected to the same auxiliary gas chamber,and vehicle travel vibration experiment is carried out for the system. Results Air spring vehicle-stretcher vibration isolation system can reduce more than 50 percent vibration energy of vehicle floor when the vehicle is ridden in asphalt road and more than 20 percent when in sand-stone road. Else,vibration isolation system can reduce resonance vibration peak value of vehicle floor in high degree. Conclusion By used air spring,vehicle-stretcher vibration isolation system can get well vibration isolation effect. So air spring has enormous potential application in vehicle-stretcher vibration isolation system.
