急救车担架支架隔振系统空气弹簧力学性能试验研究

摘要
目的:通过对某型空气弹簧的力学性能试验研究,为急救车担架支架空气弹簧隔振系统的研制和开发提供理论基础。方法:测试在不同频率和振幅的信号激振下,不同初始气压的空气弹簧的力-位移曲线,分析各因素对空气弹簧隔振性能的影响规律。结果:空气弹簧的动刚度随着初始气压的增大而相应增大,基本为线性关系;空气弹簧的动刚度随着激振频率的增大而减小,随着振幅的增大略有降低;激振信号的改变不影响初始气压变化时动刚度的变化规律。结论:该型空气弹簧刚度和承载力等参数比较适合急救车中担架支架的隔振要求。
Objective The theoretical and implemental basis for the design of air spring emergency ambulance stretcher bracket vibration isolation system is provided by experimental study on dynamic characteristics of some type of air spring. Methods The force-displacement curve is tested in various vibration conditions and various air spring first air pressure. The influence rule on different factor to air spring vibration isolation characteristics is analysed. Results The dynamic stiffness of air spring is increased along with first air pressure increasing. It is liner relation. The dynamic stiffness of air spring is reduced along with frequency increasing and swing increasing. The change of vibration signal has no effect on dynamic stiffness transformation regulation. Conclusion The stiffness and force parameters of this air spring are suitable for vibration isolation requirement of emergency ambulance stretcher bracket vibration isolation system.
