可调二级增压系统对柴油机高原瞬态特性的影响和控制策略研究

摘要
本文以经过校核的6V增压中冷柴油机为研究对象,建立了高原环境下可调二级增压柴油机仿真模型。基于4500m海拔下的旁通阀调节MAP设计了瞬态仿真工况,研究了增压系统控制方法对柴油机高原瞬态特性的影响规律,设计了增压系统瞬态工况高原控制策略,并通过优化涡轮与压气机旁通阀关闭时机与关闭时长等控制参数,有效改善了瞬态工况下可调二级增压系统增压压力与转矩突降的问题。
A simulation model of regulated two- stage turbocharging system at high altitudes was established based on a correctly matched and checked 6V turbocharged diesel engine.The influences of controlling strategies of turbocharging system on transient characteristics of diesel engines at high altitudes was performed by analyzing the results of the simulation which was designed based on the economic regulation MAP at 4500 m altitude.And an optimized controlling strategy of the turbocharging system was achieved by regulating the closing timing and duration of the turbine and the compressor.It was proved that this controlling strategy was able to avoid the sudden dive of boost pressure and torque.
