提升天然气发动机动力性的研究

摘要
天然气汽车关键性应用技术应该集中解决的问题是如何提高充气效率,如何恢复或提高发动机热效率以及如何进行动力总成优化等~([1])。本文研究基于一款成熟的1.8L排量汽油发动机,在原机的基础上重新设计三组凸轮轴型线和三组活塞,以改变它的进气效率和燃烧效率。使用DELPHI的CNG控制系统进行匹配,配共轨进气道多点喷射系统。结果表明:适当增大发动机压缩比,针对低速优化凸轮升程,优化控制参数,相比未做任何更改的汽油发动机平台可实现3200r/min以下7%~22%的动力性能提升。
The key application technology Of Natural gas vehicle should focus problem is how to improve the charging efficiency,how to restore or improve the engine thermal efficiency and how to optimize powertrain,etc.In this paper,the research is based on a 1.8 L gasoline engine,on the basis of the original machine redesign of three groups of cam profile and three groups of the piston,to change its intake efficiency and combustion efficiency.Use DELPHI CNG control system matching with common rail inlet multi- point injection system.The results indicate that appropriate increase engine compression ratio,In view of the low speed optimize the CAM lift,optimize the control parameters,compared gasoline engine platform without any changes,can achieve 7%~22% of its power performance improvement below 3200r/min RPM.
