混合动力公交车动力总成台架试验研究

摘要
本文为混合动力公交车动力总成研发的需要,搭建了一套基于CAN通信的混合动力总成测控系统,完成了动力总成试验台架的构建,该台架为柔性系统,可模块化设计组合,利用该试验台架和测控系统对所研制的JS6126GHEV公交车整车控制策略进行了验证,并对整车的动力性能和经济性能做了初步试验摸底和标定,为整车的进一步开发研究奠定了基础。
For the needs of the development of powertrain assembly for hybrid electric bus,a set of test control system for hybrid power assembly which is designed based on CAN communication,and the test bench for hybrid power assembly is also constructed.By using the test bench and its control system,the vehicle control strategy for JS6126 GHEV bus developed is validated,what's more,getting some experiences during the calibration for power and economic performance of the vehicle,established the foundation for further research of the vehicle.
