搅拌运输车车架结构改进设计

摘要
本文利用有限元的方法,分析得到了搅拌运输车车架在搅拌罐装载量为12m~3时弯曲和扭转工况下的应力分布云图,并通过有限元分析与模态试验验证得到了搅拌运输车主车架的低阶固有频率与振型,结果显示主副式车架的静、动态特性较差。通过对主副式车架进行改进设计,得到了轻质量、低高度的搅拌运输车主副一体式车架。对新车架进行相应的静动态分析,对分析结果进行对比得出,改进后的车架结构在弯曲和扭转工况下车架的应力明显降低,应力分布更加均匀,车架的低阶固有频率也有一定的提高,从而验证了主副一体式车架设计的合理性。
Using the finite element method,the analysis of the mixing truck frame in a stirred tank loading for 12 m when bending and torsion under stress distribution nephogram,and through the finite element analysis and mode test has been stirring transport owner frame of the low order natural frequency and vibration type.The results showed that the main and auxiliary frame of static and dynamic characteristics of the poor.Through the improved design of the main and auxiliary frame,the light weight,the low height of the mixing and transportation of the owner of the auxiliary frame.For the new frame is corresponding to the static and dynamic analysis,the analysis results show that the improved frame structure with bending and torsion condition under the stress of the frame was decreased significantly,and the stress distribution is more uniform,low order natural frequencies of the frame also improved to some extent,in order to validate the rationality of the design of main and auxiliary one frame.
