含典型轴承故障的双盘转子——滚动轴承系统非线性动力学响应

摘要
针对滚动轴承支承下的双盘转子系统,考虑由于滚动轴承支承刚度变化而产生的VC(Varying compliance)振动,建立了双盘转子—轴承系统动力学模型。在此基础上,考虑滚动轴承外圈、内圈局域损伤的典型故障。运用数值积分方法,分别研究了系统右端轴承外圈、内圈局域损伤对系统动力学特性的影响。结果表明:轴承故障会对双盘转子系统的动力学特性产生较大的影响,转速越低的时候故障激发的频率成分越丰富;内外圈损伤的程度不同对转子系统振动响应的影响也有所变化。利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对故障轴承开展仿真实验,结果对数值模拟的结果有较好的验证。
For a double disc rotor system supported by rolling bearings,a dynamic model fully considered the VC(Varying compliance) vibration result of the periodic change of rolling bearings' stiffness was established. And on this basis,set up the force models of the bearing with local damage on the outer ring and inner ring,respectively. Use the way of numerical integration to obtain the system responses,dynamic characteristics of the system with bearing fault on the outer ring and inner ring were analyzed. Studies show that bearing faults would have a great impact on dynamic characteristics of the double disc rotor-bearing system,the lower the rotor speed,the more frequency components caused by the fault of bearing. The effect of different damage degree on the rotor system vibration is also different. By using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS to carry out simulation experiments,the experimental results and numerical simulation results are basically identical.
