复杂结构动特性试验与有限元相关分析技术

摘要
本文介绍了结构动力学试验与有限元相结合的若干关键技术。有限元与试验的相关分析可分为三个阶段:首先,在进行模态试验之前建立飞行器有限元模型,并以此有限元模型为基线,开展动特性试验测点、激励点和悬吊点的优化布置研究,为更准确的获取动力学特性打下基础,此过程为预试验(Pre-test);然后,在模态试验过程中,开展有限元/试验结果的相关性对比分析研究,帮助剔除虚假模态,保证模态信息的完备性,获取更加准确的动特性试验数据;最后,根据试验结果,开展模型修正技术研究,建立更加准确的有限元模型,此过程为后试验(Post-test)。有限元与试验的联合分析贯穿在试验前、试验中、试验后的各个阶段,相互验证,相互融合。
Several key technologies and applications of combination of modal test and FEM was introduced in this paper. The Combination of test and FEM-can be divided into three stages: Firstly,the baseline finite element model was created before modal test,and analyzed to find optimal sensor,actuator and suspension locations. This stage can be called ‘pre-test'. And then,correlation analysis of test and FEM can be used to eliminate the false test result during testing,and ensure the completeness of modal information. Finally,model updating was researched to improve the FE model. This stage can be called ‘post-test'. Combination of test and FEM are during all three phases of the test: pre-test,during testing and post test.
