三轴离心机运动学分析及过载模拟算法研究

摘要
为测试某些精密仪器试件在高过载飞行状态下的性能,需开展试件的地面加速度过载模拟试验,考虑到飞行荷载的三维特性,地面试验常在三轴离心机上进行。本文以三轴离心机为研究对象,结合运动合成法和矩阵旋转法建立了离心机运动学正问题数学模型,进行了运动学逆问题的求解算法研究,推导了加速度过载模拟的相关运动参数设计公式,并验证了模型及过载模拟算法的正确性。
To test some precision instruments' ability under high G-loads flight conditions,it is necessary to carry out environmental test on the ground. Three-axis centrifuge is usually employed to simulate the flight environment in consideration of the three-dimensional property of G-loads. This paper take a three-axis centrifuge as the study object. First,the centrifuge system's kinematics model is built by combining two approaches that one is motion synthesis and the other is the matrix rotation method. Then,kinematic parameters calculation formulas that related to G-loads simulation are derived. the formulas are validated to be correct by software simulation results.
