CO_2/NH_3复叠式和CO_2为载冷剂的NH_3双级压缩制冷系统的热力性能分析

摘要
本论文对低温制冷中的CO_2/NH_3复叠式和CO_2为载冷剂的NH_3双级制冷循环系统(下文中简称为NH_3双级+CO_2系统)进行了热力学对比分析,利用matlab编程对两个系统进行热力计算。研究得出CO_2/NH3_复叠式制冷循环系统存在一个最佳蒸发冷凝温度;在相同蒸发温度下,NH_3双级+CO_2系统的COP高于CO_2/NH_3复叠式制冷循环系统;随着蒸发温度升高,NH_3双级+CO_2系统COP地增长速度大于CO_2/NH_3复叠式系统;在相同制冷量下,CO_2/NH_3复叠式低温循环的制冷剂质量流量为NH_3双级+CO_2系统的4.3倍。
Comparative analysis of thermodynamics on the CO_2/NH_3 cascade and CO_2 as refrigerant NH_3 refrigeration cycle system(hereinafter referred to as NH_3 two-stage+CO_2) for low temperature refrigeration has been done.Matlab programming has been used for thermodynamic calculation of the both system.The conclusion is there is an optimum evaporating condensing temperature in CO_2/NH_3 cascade refrigeration cycle system;At the same evaporation temperature,the COP of NH_3 two-stage+CO_2 system is higher than that of CO_2/NH_3 cascade refrigeration cycle system;With the increase of the evaporation temperature,the COP's growth of NH_3 two-stage+CO_2 system is faster than that of CO_2/NH_3 cascade refrigeration system;When the cooling capacity is definition,the refrigerant mass flow rate for low temperature cycle of CO_2/NH_3 cascade refrigeration cycle system is 4.3 times as much as that of NH_3 two-stage +CO_2system.
