多点适调纯模态实验中激振器最优布置

摘要
本文提出了一种基于测试结构先验知识预测纯模态试验(相位共振试验)中激振器力幅比例和位置的方法。当激振器数量和位置确定时,将求解激振器力幅比例的问题转变为求解矩阵广义特征值和特征向量的问题,最大特征值对应的特征向量即激振器最优的力幅比例。建立模态纯度指示函数,在力幅最优的前提下比较所有可能位置下的模态纯度指示函数,通过比较模态纯度函数确定激振器的位置,为纯模态实验提供了一种解析调力方案。最后对一个多自由度离散悬臂梁进行仿真,验证了理论的可靠性。
A method that is based on priori knowledge of the test structure to predict optimum exciter placement and exciting force ratio in pure modal test is demonstrated in this paper. When the number and placement of exciters are determined,the question of finding the optimum exciting force ratio will be converted into solving the generalized eigenvalue and eigenvector problem of matrixes. The eigenvector corresponding to the maximum eigenvalue is the optimum exciting force amplitude ratio. Establish a modal purity indicator function. Then compare modal purity indicator functions of all possible positions in condition that exciting force amplitude ratio is optimum. The optimum placement of exciters is determined by comparing the values of all modal purity indicator functions. The method is presented as a kind of analysis adjust force method in pure modal test. Finally,an example of a discrete cantilever beam with 20 degree-of-freedom using this methodology to predict optimum exciter placement and exciting force ratio is presented to prove the reliability.
