摘要
湿地恢复研究是当今恢复生态学研究的主要内容之一。在以往研究的基础上,本文从湿地恢复的概念入手,介绍了湿地恢复的理论、基本原则及主要恢复模式,进而阐述了湿地恢复的生态补偿机制。湿地生态补偿是一种促进湿地保护和恢复的经济手段,其除了具有生态补偿的一些共性,还具有一些显著特征,包括补偿目的二重性、补偿客体范围界定、补偿主体的二元性及补偿路径的复合性。湿地生态补偿机制的研究基础,不同学者持不同观点,但以可持续发展理论、生存伦理理论、环境正义理论为主要理论基础。我国湿地恢复生态补偿研究正处于初期发展阶段,今后还需在基础理论、湿地生态恢复研究方法、关键技术及示范推广等方面加强对湿地生态恢复的研究。
Study on wetland restoration is one of the main research topics of ecology restoration.Based on previous researches,the present study summarized the concept,theory,basic principles,and restoration mode of wetland restoration,and then discussed its ecological compensation mechanism.Wetland ecological compensation is a kind of economic means to promote wetland protection and restoration.It,besides commonness in ecological compensation,still has such remarkable characteristics as duality of compensation purpose and compensation subject,scope definition of compensation object,and compound character of compensation path.Different scholars hold different viewpoints on the study basis of wetland ecological compensation mechanism.However,the sustainable development theory,the subsistence ethic theory,and the environmental justice theory are the main study basis.The study on wetland restoration ecological compensation is at the early development stage in China.There are still some aspects with respect to wetland restoration needing deep study,such as basic theory,study methods,key technologies,as well as demonstration and promotion.
