AlCrN涂层滚刀的切削性能研究

摘要
采用多弧离子镀技术在M42滚刀和抛光Φ23圆片表面沉积AlCrN涂层。采用室温干式摩擦研究了涂层与40Cr结构钢间的摩擦行为。涂层后滚刀用桃木砂进行抛光处理。不同后处理的滚刀进行了实际现场的齿轮加工。研究结果表明:Al_(70)Cr_(30)N涂层适合作为滚刀的表面涂层。抛光后处理可以进一步明显地提高滚刀的表面光洁度和优化刃口形貌,与未抛光的滚刀相比,抛光处理可以提高滚刀寿命1倍。
The AlCrN coating was deposited on M42 hob and Φ23 Polishing wafer.Friction behavior between coating and 40 Cr structural steel was studied by dry friction at roomtemperature.The hobwas polishing by using Peach-sand after depositing.Different post-treatment of the hob wascarried out in the actual field of gear processing.The results show that Al_(70)Cr_(30)N coating is suitable for the surface coating of hob.Polishing can further improve the surface finish of the hob and optimize the cutting edge profile,compared with the unfinished hob,polishing treatment can prolong the life of the hob one times.
