45钢输油管开裂原因分析

摘要
通过检测材料的硬度、采用金相显微镜观察材料的缺陷和组织,以及对材料中存在的非金属夹杂物进行评级等方法,对输油管在表面感应淬火时出现开裂的问题进行了研究。研究结果表明,热处理工艺、材料缺陷等因素对钢管的性能具有重要影响,分析表明,零件开裂的原因是由于圆钢坯料在加热穿孔及退火后,基体组织中仍然存在较严重的带状组织,冷轧时产生微小裂纹,高频感应加热淬火时,裂纹扩展导致开裂。因此,严格控制材料内部质量,按照基体组织进行正确的热处理,可有效避免裂纹的出现。
The research of the cracking on pipeline when surface induction quenched was did through testing the hardness of materials,observing the defects and organizations by metallographic microscope,testing and rating the non-metallic inclusion in the material.The result of the research indicated that the factors such as heat treatment process and material defects had important effect on the performance of the steel tube,The analysis showed that the cracking parts was due to that after heating,perforation,and annealing of round steel,there still existed serious banded structure in matrix organization,tiny cracks appeared when cold-rolled and broadened to crack when induction heating quenched with high frequency.Therefore,the cracks can be avoid effectively by controlling the quality of raw material strictly,and carry out the heat treatment in accordance with the matrix organization correctly.
