声呐探测法在灌注桩桩底溶洞探测中的应用

摘要
在城市建筑工程中,钻孔灌注桩桩底存在的溶洞会对建筑的安全造成严重影响。在探测桩底溶洞时,由于桩孔底探测面小,且底部泥浆沉淀,常规物探方法无法正常布置测线,探测效果不理想。为此,需要一种行之有效的方法来探测灌注桩桩底溶洞。本文主要阐述运用声呐弹性波的传播特点,提出一种利用桩底溶洞声呐探测仪探测桩底溶洞的方法。该方法利用桩底溶洞声呐探测仪(JL-SONAR)进行现场声呐信号的发射和采集,用与之配套的PBCA信号分析软件进行数据处理。由于桩孔底泥浆环境提高了和基岩的声耦合率,使得弹性波更好地传播到基岩中,从而提高了分辨率,而且使用成本低、计算速度快。本文以南宁外环高速立交桥桥底溶洞探测项目作为运用实例,分析了该项技术在这方面的运用。为岩溶地区特别是液态环境下的溶洞探测提供了一种有效的方法思路。
In urban construction,the hidden cave cave at the pile end would have a serious impact on the safety of buildings.In the detection of pile bottom cave,due to the detection surface of pile bottom is small,and mud sedimentated,CAN,THE lineS Could not be properly arranged with the conventional geophysical method,the detection effect is not ideal.We need an effective method to detect the cave at pile bottom.Making use of sonar's elastic wave,with the pile bottom cave sonar detector to detect the pile bottom cave method is proposed in this paper.Transmiting and collecting signal with bottom cave sonar detectors(JL-SONAR),and analysising signals with the matched PBCA software.Due to the improved acoustic coupling ratio of the bedrock in mud environment,the elastic wave can propagate to the bedrock,improving the resolution and precision,and with the low cost and fast calculation speed.The application of the technology is analied in this paper,with the example of detection cave at the Pile bottom in Nanning outer high speed ring overpass.It provides an effective method for the exploration of karst caves in karst area,especially in liquid environment.
