亲水性聚氨酯纤维膜的静电纺丝制备

摘要
热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)静电纺丝所得的纤维膜亲水性能较差,而水性聚氨酯不能直接进行静电纺丝,需要混合其他聚合物才能够通过静电纺丝得到纤维膜。因此本文以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,4-丁二醇为主要原料,其中NCO:OH=1.02(摩尔比),制备了不同DMPA含量的亲水性聚氨酯(HPU)。使用光学接触角仪观察DMPA含量对合成的PU水接触角的影响发现:当DMPA含量从1 wt%到2.83 wt%时,PU的水接触角从85o减小到75o,说明加入DPMA改善了PU的亲水性能,通过调控亲水集团的含量,可以获得不同亲水性能的聚氨酯。利用静电纺丝技术,以具有一定挥发性的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和四氢呋喃(THF)为混合溶剂,V_(DMF):V_(THF)=1:1,成功的得到了三维多孔聚氨酯纤维膜。
The hydrophilic property of thermoplastic polyurethane fibers membrane by electrospinning is poor,and waterborne polyurethane fibers mat could not be fabricated directly by electrospinning without mixing with other polymers.Therefore several kinds of hydrophilic polyurethane were prepared with different content of dimethylol propionic acid.The result of optical contact angle showed that the water contact angle of HPU decreased from 85°to 75° as the content of dimethylol propionic acid increasing froml wt%to 2.83 wt%.Then three-dimensional porous structure of polyurethane fibers membranes were successfully fabricated by electrospinning.
