分散剂对水热碳化合成碳微球形貌的影响

摘要
以葡萄糖为碳源,加入适量的分散剂,采用水热碳化法制备了粒径分布均匀且产率高的碳微球。结果表明:随着葡萄糖浓度的增加,碳微球的团聚现象变的更加明显,但其产率也相应升高。以聚丙烯酸钠(PVVNa)为分散剂且加入量为0.05 wt%时,在葡萄糖浓度为0.7 mol/L的情况下,可以制备出平均粒径约420nm的碳微球。但以聚乙烯吡啶烷酮(PVP)和聚乙烯顺丁烯酸酐(ISOBAM)为分散剂时,却不能起到相应的分散作用。
Carbon spheres with good sphericity, narrow size distribution and high yield were prepared by hydrothermal carbonization process using glucose as carbon source under the presence of different kinds of dispersants. The effects of type and content of dispersant on the preparation of carbon spheres were investigated. The results showed that the yield of carbon spheres increased with increasing the concentration of glucose. With 0.05 wt% sodium polyacrylate(PVVNa) as dispersant, carbon spheres with an average diameter of 420 nm can be obtained at the glucose concentrations of 0.7 mol/L. However, polyvinyl pyridine(PVP) and polyethylene maleic anhydride(ISOBAM) can't act as effective protective agents for preparation of carbon spheres by hydrothermal carbonization.
