探寻石油化工催化技术原始创新之路

摘要
面对能源安全与环境保护的双重挑战,加快石油化工催化技术的原始创新对促进我国石油化工产业可持续发展具有重大意义。报告回顾了闵恩泽先生的科学创新思想1,介绍了报告人及其研究团队基于催化新材料、反应新工艺的突破,实现了石化技术原始创新的典型案例:甲苯择形歧化制对二甲苯技术、甲醇转化制烯烃技术、甲苯甲基化制二甲苯技术、低碳烯烃催化裂解技术、环氧乙烷催化水合制乙二醇技术2-4。探寻了石油化工催化技术原始创新之路的过程与方法。
Facing the dual challenges of energy security and environment care, accelerating the original innovation of petrochemical technologies is of great signification to promote the sustainable development of China's petrochemical industry. This report begins with a brief review of Dr. Min Enze's understand of the original innovation that can promote the leap forward development of petrochemical technology. Secondly, this speaker gives his research team's five cases of petrochemical technology innovation, shape selective disproportionation of toluene to xylene, methanol to light olefins, low-carbon olefin catalytic cracking, and catalytic hydration of epoxyethane to ethylene glycol, based on the breakthrough of novel catalytic materials and reaction process. In the end, the procedure and method of exploring the road to original innovation of petrochemical technology are summarized.
