含醛基的阴离子功能化的季磷型离子液体高效可逆捕集SO_2

摘要
如何减少酸性气体的排放已经成为全球性问题,工业烟气包含的酸性气体SO_2对大气的污染最为严重,并且对人类的健康造成了巨大的威胁。近年来,由于独特的物理、化学性质,离子液体在SO_2捕集领域引起了广泛的关注~([1-4])。研究工作表明,虽然离子液体对SO_2的化学捕集量较高,但是脱附比较困难~([5]),不利于离子液体的循环利用。根据以上问题,本文设计、合成了含不同种类醛基的阴离子功能化的季磷型离子液体,测定了SO_2在这些离子液体中的溶解度,通过红外光谱、核磁共振等手段研究了捕集机理。研究结果表明,通过在阴离子上引入醛基可以显著提升SO_2在低压条件下的捕集量,同时还可以使脱附更加容易,因此具有较好的可循环性和潜在的工业应用前景。
Reducing acid gases emissions has become a cosmopolitan problem.The main content of industrial acid flue gas is SO_2 which pollutes the environment and is harmful for human health.In recent years,ionic liquids have drawn much attention in the field of SO_2 capture.Although ionic liquids have high sorption capacity through chemical interactions,SO_2 is difficult to desorb.In this work,we designed and synthesized new kinds of formyl-containing anion-functionalized ionic liquids,and investigated the capture mechanism by FT-IR,and NMR.It was found that SO_2sorption capacity was increased significantly at relatively low SO_2 partial pressure after introduction of formyl group into the anion of ionic liquids.These ionic liquids possess excellent reversibility and have potential for industrial use.
