二氧化硅负载金属钯纳米催化剂催化绿色有机反应的研究

摘要
设计合成了一种b-环糊精修饰的新型高效可循环使用的二氧化硅纳米催化剂(b-CD-Pd-APTES-Si O2),并使用NMR、FTIR、TEM、EDS、XRD和元素分析等方法对催化剂进行了表征。当b-CD-Pd-APTES-SiO_2催化剂加热时发现具有很好的水溶性,基于这一性质我们将该催化剂应用到有机反应的水相催化研究。研究结果表明,b-CD-Pd-APTES-Si O2在水相中可以高效的催化Suzuki偶联反应、芳香硝基化合物的还原反应,以及酰胺化反应,而且催化剂循环使用十次以后催化效率依然很高。另外,金属浸出实验表明(ICP-OES),催化剂金属络合物稳定,无金属浸出。针对b-CD-Pd-APTES-SiO_2的优异催化性质,该类型催化剂具有工业应用的潜在价值。~([1-2])
In the current study, we firstly prepared a new kind of efficient and recyclable silica nanoparticles catalyst(b-CD-Pd-APTES-SiO_2) which was modified with b-cyclodextrin and Pd-pyridine formaldehyde complex. The structure of the catalyst was confirmed by NMR, FTIR, TEM, EDS, XRD and elemental analysis. Interestingly, we found that the SiO_2-catalyst could be completely dissolved in water under heating. Hence, we hypothesised that it would be meaningful to explore the green catalytic efficient for organic reactions in water. As a result, the catalyst exhibited high catalytic performance for Suziki coupling reaction, reduction of nitroarenes and oxidative amination of aldehydes in water. Moreover, the catalyst can be easily separated from the complex and reused ten times without any significant loss in its catalytic activity. In addition, there was no leaching of Pd into solution occurred(ICP-OES). This study indicated that the advantages of the new green catalyst would have potential applications in the industrial production. ~([1-2])
