亲水性Fe_3O_4-Au双面粒子的制备及其催化性能研究

摘要
目前,制备四氧化三铁-贵金属双面粒子均采用有机溶剂热分解法。但是由于粒子的疏水性特质,其水相应用受到了很大限制。本文先采用热分解法制得疏水性四氧化三铁颗粒,通过PVP-10对其表面改性,实现疏水性到亲水性的转变,最后通过柠檬酸钠还原法在四氧化三铁表面生长不同粒径的Au纳米粒子,得到亲水性的Fe_3O_4-Au双面粒子。制备得到的双面粒子在硼氢化钠存在下还原4-硝基苯酚反应中,展现出较好的催化活性及可循环使用性。
In previous reports,Fe_3O_4-Au Janus nanoparticles were usually prepared through organic solvothermal methods,which will cause the limitation of applications in aqueous phase due to their hydrophobic nature.Herein,we firstly synthesize Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles in organic solutions and then transfer the hydrophobic Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles into aqueous phase by PVP-10.We start from hydrophilic Fe_3O_4 NPs followed by the in-situ formation of Au NPs on surfaces of Fe_3O_4NPs in aqueous solution,resulting in the formation of hydrophilic Fe_3O_4-Au Janus NPs.The as-formed nanoparticles are found to serve as effective recycled catalysts to activate the reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP) in the presence of NaBH_4.
