一步合成多级孔花状的SAPO-34微球材料

摘要
多级孔分子筛同时具有微孔和介孔的双重的优点,因此成为分子筛合成领域中的一大研究热点~[1,2]。以十六烷基三甲氧基有机硅氯化铵(TPHAC)为介孔模板剂,采用传统水热的合成方法,一步合成出了内含有介孔的花状SAPO-34多孔微球。与传统的SAPO-34分子筛相比,该方法合成出来的样品在广角XRD中表现出来的衍射峰与CHA晶型结构相对应;从扫描图片中可以看到样品形貌均一,直径均为2-4微米的花状球。因此,我们推断该样品会表现出优于传统SAPO-34的催化性能。
Hierarchical porous molecular sieves have received much attention both in fundamental research due to their combined advantages of mesoporous materials and zeolite crystals.Hierarchical flower-like SAPO-34 microspheres with a bimodal pore system are successfully synthesized by adding an amphiphilic organosilane surfactant(TPHAC) to conventional synthesis mixtures.Notably,it shows wide-angle XRD patterns are corresponding well with the reported pattern of a typical CHA structure(Fig.1a).From Fig.1(b),the SAPO-34 sample displays morphology of flower-like microspheres with average diameters of 2-4 μm.For the application as the catalyst,we believe that this material could perform better catalytic properties than that of conventional SAPO-34.
