摘要
拖网渔船在拖网工况下主机和螺旋桨工作点发生变化,针对渔船动态特性影响渔船工作效率和经济性的问题,建立基于AMEsim的船机桨网匹配数学模型,对某小型渔船在正常运行工况和拖网作业工况下的船机桨网匹配动态特性进行研究。该模型对响应时间、航速、推力、扭矩等参数进行了计算分析,仿真结果表明,在主机转速保持不变的情况下,拖网工况下渔船航行速度在20s内下降16%,功率相对于额定值提高了6%,仿真结果与实船运行情况基本一致。
The engine and propeller's working point changes when a trawler is trawling, aiming at the problem of the vessel's dynamic characteristics influencing fishing vessel's efficiency and economy, hull-propeller-engine-net model based on AMESim was built, and research was done on one small multifunction fishing vessel's dynamic characteristics of hull-propeller-engine-net in the normal working condition and trawling working condition. The parameters of response time,navigational speed, thrust, torque were calculated by this model, and the simulation results show that when the engine's rotation rate doesn't change, in 20 seconds navigational speed decreases by16%, and engine power increased by 6% compared with rated value, the simulation result accords with the fishing vessel's actual running situation.
