空港对区域空间的带动效应与差异化发展建议

摘要
根据国内外各类空港地区发展的实践经验,空港对区域空间的带动重点体现于空港城、空港城市走廊、空港走廊上的现状城镇功能节点这三类机会区位。本研究进一步从港城互动的内在关联逻辑出发,提出空港对区域空间结构的影响,不仅仅体现于以机场及机场轴线为中心的圈层放射模式。受机场和城镇规模等级不同的影响,由空港带动区域空间结构变动而产生的新的高价值区位、未来发展能级和功能定位是差异化的。首先,国际枢纽机场的空间带动范围最为广泛,呈现出空港近域和非近域双重集聚的特征。特别是靠近中心城的枢纽节点地区,如果强力推动,该节点则可能形成足以重构区域空间格局的最高价值区位。第二,地区干线机场与二三线城市作用下,空港临近地区或者空港城的发展更为显著。第三,支线机场与三四线城市作用下的区域空间带动更侧重于城市本身提升,而非新区建设。
