IBA和NAA对太行菊扦插成活效果的影响

摘要
探讨生长素类似物萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对太行菊扦插成活效果的影响,提高广义菊属难繁野生资源太行菊的成活率,有利于野生菊花资源的保存,同时也为菊属及其近源种的相关研究提供实验材料。采用浸泡法,以不同浓度的NAA、IBA及NAA和IBA混合液(包括对照共16组)处理插穗,最后统计其成活率、生根数量、叶片数、平均最长根长、株高,比较其根系及植株生长情况,分析不同处理对太行菊扦插成活效果的影响。结果表明:不同浓度IBA、NAA对太行菊扦插成活效果的影响不一,但都显著高于对照组,其中150mg/L IBA与150mg/L NAA混合处理、150mg/L IBA与450mg/L NAA混合处理、300mg/L IBA与300mg/L NAA混合处理太行菊插穗,其成活率最高,达93.3%;经300mg/L IBA和300mg/L NAA等量混合处理太行菊插穗时,不仅扦插成活率最高,而且扦插苗叶片数最多,株高较高,根系较长,平均生根数较多。以上结果表明,采用适当浓度的IBA、NAA处理可以促进太行菊扦插生根,并提高扦插苗质量。
In purpose of preserving rare germplasms and providing enough seedlings for breeding,the effects of IBA and NAA on survival of Opisthopappus taihangensis cuttings were explored for raising the survival rate of cuttings.By dipping(3min)method,Opisthopappus taihangensis cuttings were treated by different concentrations of IBA,NAA and equal amount mixed of different concentrations IBA and NAA to statistically record survival rate,root number,leaf number,average maximum root length and height.Then we compared the root and plant growth situation and analyzed the impacts of different treatments on Opisthopappus taihangensis.The results showed that different concentrations of IBA,NAA and mixed solution of IBA and NAA had different impacts on cuttings of Opisthopappus taihangensis.Treatments of IBA(150mg/L) and NAA(150mg/L),IBA(150mg/L) and NAA(450mg/L),IBA(300mg/L) and NAA(300mg/L) produced the highest survival rate,which were up to 93.33%.Not only the survival rate of the treatment of IBA(300mg/L) and NAA(300mg/L) was highest,but the plants had strong roots,numerous roots and strong shoots.These results indicated that the combination of IBA and NAA at proper concentration might enhance survival rate of Opisthopappus taihangensis and improve quality of cutting seedling.
