5种宿根花卉在水分胁迫下的生理变化与抗旱性关系

摘要
为评价北京地区常用的5种宿根花卉的抗旱性,连续30d进行自然失水胁迫,第31d恢复水分供给,每5d取样测定叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及POD活性的变化,观察植株的生长状况,利用相关性分析和隶属函数值法对5种宿根花卉的抗旱性进行综合评价,并利用灰色关联分析进行抗旱指标的选取。结果表明,5种宿根花卉的抗旱性差异极显著(p<0.01),由强至弱为:山桃草>珠光香青>高山紫菀>白花假龙头>大叶铁线莲,综合评价的结果与外部形态变化基本一致,其中游离脯氨酸含量、POD活性和相对电导率对抗旱性影响最大,可溶性糖含量对抗旱性影响最小。
The purpose of this study was to identify the drought resistance of five perennials commonly used in Beijing.These perennials were continuously exposed to natural water-loss stress for 30 d prior to restoring water,and the morphological changes of plants were observed and the relative water content,relative electric conductivity,free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and POD activity were measured every five days.The correlation analysis and subordinate function values were used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of five perennials,and the grey correlation analysis was used to select the index of drought resistance.The results showed the drought resistance of five perennials were significantly different(p < 0.01),from strong to weak,as follows:Gaura lindheimeri > Anaphalis margaritacea > Aster alpinus > Physostegia virginiana ' Alba' > Clematis heracleifolia,and the influences of free proline,POD activity and relative conductivity to drought resistance were greatest,but the influence of soluble sugar was smallest.
