有髯鸢尾杂交育种与后代性状分析

摘要
在6个有髯鸢尾品种中设置14个杂交组合,并对3个杂交F_1代群体进行性状测量。结果表明:有髯鸢尾二次花品种间的杂交组合的结实率高于二次花品种与一次花品种间的杂交组合,二次花品种更适合作父本;F_1(‘印度首领'ב白与黄')杂交后代的超亲优势表现在株高、花莛高,F_1(‘赫氏蓝'ב白与黄')和F_1(‘白与黄'ב赫氏蓝')杂交后代的超亲优势表现在垂瓣长、旗瓣长;二次花品种间的杂交组合和二次花品种与一次花品种间的杂交组合均能获得二次花后代个体。
Six cultivars were selected as parents and fourteen cross combinations were accomplished.The traits of three F_1 populations were measured.The results showed that the average setting rate of cross combinations between reblooming cultivars was higher than the cross combinations between reblooming cultivars and once-flowering cultivars;the reblooming cultivars were more suitable to be male parents.The heterobeltiosis of F_1 hybrids of Ⅰ.' India Chief × Ⅰ.' White and Yellow' showed in plant height and stalk height,and the heterobeltiosis of F_1 hybrids between Ⅰ.' Halston' and Ⅰ.' White and Yellow' showed in fall length and standard length.Both the cross combinations between reblooming cultivars and the cross combinations between reblooming cultivars and once-flowering cultivars could obtained reblooming hybrids.
