不同肥料对铁皮石斛生长的影响

摘要
以有机肥、缓释肥和水溶性肥为变量进行铁皮石斛一年生和二年生苗盆栽试验,通过测定植株形态、多糖含量、粗纤维含量、浸出物、及重金属含量等指标,研究不同肥料对铁皮石斛幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在本试验条件下,和对照相比,水溶性肥(600X)对一年生和二年生铁皮石斛生长有一定促进作用,缓释肥(7.5g/盆)则对铁皮石斛二年生苗的生长有一定抑制,施用有机肥对铁皮石斛一年生苗和二年生苗的生长影响不大。本试验中,铁皮石斛一年生苗以5g/盆缓释肥最佳,二年生铁皮石斛以2.5g/盆缓释肥最佳。相比对照,缓释肥能明显提高一年生和二年生铁皮石斛多糖含量、浸出物含量及氨基酸总含量,水溶性肥对一年生和二年生铁皮石斛多糖含量、浸出物含量及氨基酸总含量影响不大。本试验条件下,施用缓释肥、水溶性肥及有机肥的铁皮石斛一年生和二年生苗均不存在重金属铅、砷、汞、铜、铬、镉残留或超标。
In this study,selecting organic fertilizer,slow release fertilizer and water-soluble-fertilizer to be variable conducted the annual and biennial Dendrobium officinale pot experiment,through measuring plant morphology,polysaccharide content,crude fiber content,extractum,amimo acide and heavy metals content and other indexes,research the influence of different fertilizer on seedlings growth of Dendrobium officinale.The results shows that water-soluble-fertilizer could promote the growth of annual and biennial Dendrobium officinale,whereas slow release fertilizer(7.5 g/pot) restrain the biennial Dendrobium officinale seedlings,and organic fertilizer had a little influence on the annual and biennial Dendrobium officinale seedlings,compared with control.Under slow release fertilizer treatment,annual Dendrobium officinale seedlings in 5g/pot fertilizer input show best;biennial Dendrobium officinale seedlings in 2.5g/pot fertilizer input show best,compared with control.Slow release fertilizer could significantly increase the polysaccharide content,extractum and amimo acide amounts,while water-soluble-fertilizer had a little influence on the annual and biennial Dendrobium officinale seedlings.Annual and biennial Dendrobium officinale seedlings applying organic fertilizer,slow release fertilizer and water-soluble-fertilizer show no signs that Lead,arsenic,mercury,copper,chromium,cadmium residue or overweight
