自密实堆石混凝土堆石率对密实度的影响试验研究

摘要
自密实堆石混凝土是在自密实混凝土的基础上发展出来的一种新型大体积混凝土,目前在一些水利工程中已成功应用,它的主要特点是充分发挥了自密实混凝土和块石两种材料的优势,其密实度主要取决于自密实混凝土的填充性能和堆石混凝土的堆石率,可由孔隙率的检测来评定。为研究堆石率对堆石混凝土密实度的影响,在某工程试验现场使用浇筑水库大坝的自密实混凝土和块石制作了不同堆石率的2个1.5m×1.5m×2.7m堆石混凝土仓,28d后分别在堆石混凝土仓钻孔取芯样,对堆石混凝土芯样的表面孔隙率和体积孔隙率进行检测,并与坝体钻取的芯样对比,得出了堆石率对堆石混凝土的密实度影响规律:在一定范围内,随着堆石率的增加,堆石混凝土的孔隙率先减少后增加,在堆石率为55%左右时,堆石混凝土的孔隙率最小,密实度最好。
Self-compacting rock-filled concrete is a new type of mass concrete construction technology development on the basis of the self-compacting concrete, has been successfully applied in water conservancy project. The rock-filled concrete makes full use of the advantages of two kinds of materials for the self-compacting concrete and block stone, the compactness mainly depends on the filling properties of self-compacting concrete and the rock-filled rate of rock-filled concrete, by porosity tests to assess. To study the effects of rock-fill rate on compactness of self compacting concrete, using self-compacting concrete of the reservoir dam made 1.5m * 1.5m * 2.7m rock-filled concrete silo with two different rock-filled rated in an engineering test field, after 28 d drilling core samples respectively in the rock-filled concrete bin to detect the surface porosity and volumetric porosity of rock-filled concrete, and the comparison of core samples with the rock-fill dam, it obtains the influence of rock-filled rate on the compaction of rock-fill concrete: in a certain range, with the increase of rock-filled rate, the porosity of rock-filled concrete first decrease and then increase, the rock-filled rate is about 55%, the compaction of rock-fill concrete perform the best.
