内燃机车噪声预测设计技术研究

摘要
统计能量法广泛应用于大型结构的振动噪声预测。本文首先采用统计能量法预测未做声学处理的内燃机车的噪声水平,然后分析两端司机室和机车7.5m处的噪声超标情况和噪声贡献量,针对性提出噪声控制方案。并根据噪声控制方案更新模型重新计算内燃机车噪声。最后将预测结果与试验结果进行对比,两者的误差控制在3d B以内,验证了本文内燃机车预测方法的适用性和可靠性。
Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA) method is widely used in predicting noise and vibration of huge structure. In this paper SEA is used to predict the noise of locomotive without sound treatment. Then the noise in the cabs and 7.5 meters from the locomotive exceeding the required is analyzed and noise contribution analysis is done, on the basis noise control measurements are made. As well as the locomotive noise calculation with sound treatment is done; lastly comparison between prediction and test is done, the result shows that difference below 3d B is satisfying, and the method in this paper is suitable.
