摘要
本文针对某包装箱的空气弹簧隔振系统设计要求,根据系统的构造特点建立了三自由度动力学模型。分别在单一正弦激励和真实车底板激励工况下进行动力学响应的仿真,并对比了不同参数条件下的隔振效率。结果表明:隔振器采用空气弹簧可获得较好的隔振效果,且隔振器参数对质心横向偏转位移的影响较小。研究结果可为隔振系统初期设计提供参考依据。
Based on the designing of air spring vibration isolation system for a certain packing case, a three-degrees of freedom vibration isolation system dynamics model is built. Through a dynamics simulation of response which is under the excitation of single-sine and real road, vibration isolation efficiency under different parameters is calculated. The result of the simulation shows that the parameters of vibration isolators cause tiny impact on centroid deflection. The result of researching provides a reference for vibration isolation system designing during its early age.
