摘要
提出一种具有多自由度隔振性能的正负刚度并联的隔振系统,其竖直方向负刚度特性和正刚度特性分别由凸轮—小球—弹簧结构及空气弹簧装置实现;水平方向负刚度特性和正刚度特性分别由倒立摆结构和矩形弹簧片实现;分析了隔振系统竖直方向和水平方向的刚度特性,理论上验证了隔振系统的低频隔振性能。
A multiple degrees of freedom vibration isolation with positive and negative stiffness parallel connection was proposed. The characteristics of negative stiffness and positive stiffness in vertical direction were realized by cam-roller-spring mechanisms and air spring. The features of stiffness in horizontal direction were realized by inverted pendulum system and rectangular spring sheet. The stiffness characteristics of the vertical and horizontal direction of the vibration isolation system were analyzed, and the vibration isolation performance was verified theoretically.
