一种聚羧酸型助剂的合成与应用研究

摘要
为提高裸皮对铬鞣剂的吸收率并可在复鞣中起到复鞣填充作用,采用对(甲基)丙烯酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸等单体自由基聚合制得一种聚羧酸型助剂。对聚合条件、单体比例、引发剂用量,设计3因素正交实验,得出最佳聚合条件为n((甲基)丙烯酸):n(马来酸酐):n(衣康酸)=1:0.3:0.2,w(过硫酸铵)=1.5%,反应温度80~85℃,反应时间180 min。红外光谱表明产物结构中含有较多的羧基。当聚羧酸型助剂的用量为1.5%,裸皮对铬的吸收率为94.4%,废铬液中Cr_2O_3的含量为350 mg/L,革呈略深湖蓝色、粒面平细。用于削匀绵羊蓝湿革复鞣时,其最佳用量为4%,革的增厚率为17%,成革丰满、紧实。
In order to improve the absorption rate of the pelt to chrome tanning agent and obtain retanning and filling effect in the retanning process,a tercopolymer of acrylic acid,maleic anhydride and itaconic acid were prepared by free radical polymerization.Through orthogonal experiment and application of polymerization conditions,monomer ratio and initiator dosage,the results showed that the optimum polymerization condition was determined as follows:n(methacrylic acid or acrylic acid):n(maleic anhydride):n(itaconic acid) =1:0.3:0.2,w(ammonium persulfate) = 1.5%,polymerization temperature80~85 ℃,reaction time 180 min.Infrared spectrum test results show that it contains more carboxyl group.Application results show that the absorptivity,content of Cr_2O_3 in chrome tanning effluent is 94.4%,350mg/L respectively and the color and grain of the wet blue was slightly dark blue,and fine respectively when the optimum amount of the polycarboxylic acid auxiliary was 1.5%in the absorption of chromium.In addition,the thickening rate is 17%with a full,firm leather when the best amount was 4%during the retanning for shaving sheepskin wet blue
