生物絮凝剂脱铬性能研究

摘要
铬鞣革的染色、加脂等工序产生的大量含较低铬浓度废水,成分复杂、处理难度大。针对皮革含低铬浓度废水特点,研究了生物絮凝剂对溶液中Cr~(3+)的脱除性能及影响脱铬效果的条件。结果表明,在30℃,pH值7.5,反应时间为30 min的条件下,生物絮凝剂脱铬效果较好,可实现排放水Cr~(3+)含量低于1.5 mg/L的浓度排放标准;生物絮凝剂的脱铬性能受聚丙烯酸复鞣剂、加脂剂、染料等干扰,应用前需排除。
A large amounts of wastewater containing low chromium were produced in dyeing and fatliquoring of the chrome leather,which was difficult to treate.In this paper,the performances and influencing factors of biological flocculating agent to remove the Cr~(3+) were studied.The research results show that the optimal conditions for biological flocculating agent used were as follows:30 ℃ of temperature,7.5 of pH,40 minutes of the total time.which can make biological flocculating agent be in well to remove the Cr~(3+),and Cr~(3+) content in wastewater can be lower than 1.5 mg/L;In addition,the chromium removal performance of biological flocculating agent was influenced by polyacrylate retanning agent and fatliquor in the wastewater,which was necessary to be removed before application.
