铁路安全监测信息整合应用研究

摘要
针对大量的铁路专业安全监测信息集成度弱、综合应用欠缺等问题,本文研究提出了集感知、预警、管控和服务为一体的铁路安全监测信息集成平台的技术思路、总体框架和主要服务对象及功能,研究了铁路安全监测信息集成平台云计算IT架构模式和基于物联网的层次结构模型,针对铁路安全监测信息综合评判和基于关联规则分析的预警分析技术进行研究,并实例分析。本文结论可以为铁路安全监测信息整合、行车设备安全可靠性综合评判、诱因-隐患关联预警分析提供技术支撑手段,支持设备养护维修、调度指挥和安全监督等业务应用,对于铁路安全监测信息整合应用具有重要意义。
For a large number of railway professional security monitoring information integration is weak,the lack of comprehensive application and other issues,this paper proposes a set of perception,early warning,control and service as one of the technical ideas,general framework and the main service targets and functions for railway safety monitoring information integration platform.studied IT infrastructure model based on cloud computing and a hierarchical model based on internet of things,conduct research on comprehensive evaluation of railway safety monitoring information and early warning analysis based on association rules analysis,and case analysis.The conclusion for railway safety monitoring information integration,traffic equipment safety and reliability comprehensive evaluation,"incentives-risks" associated with early warning analysis the provision of technical support means,to support the maintenance and repair of equipment,command and control and safety supervision and other business applications,for railway safety monitoring it is important to integrate applications.
