立式储罐壁厚检测安全评价方法

摘要
在储罐腐蚀检测中,利用超声波壁厚检测系统对罐壁腐蚀厚度进行腐蚀检测,通过检测确定出剩余壁厚,但是对于剩余壁厚以及相对腐蚀深度达到多少需要对储罐进行更换大修维护,没有一个科学的评价方法。针对这种情况,基于超声波检测数据,依据相应的设计规范,开展油水储罐安全评级方法研究。根据现场检测数据,完成了储罐大面积减薄腐蚀缺陷、整体减薄、局部腐蚀评价分析软件;根据对缺陷的综合评价,确定适当的检测周期;对含缺陷储罐是进行修补、更换或监测运行或降低运行参数等作出科学决策,以确保储罐安全运行。
In the process of storage tank corrosion detection, the corrosion thickness of tank wall was measured with the ultrasonic wave wall thickness detection system to determine the residual thickness of storage tank. However,there isn′t a scientific evaluation method to decide the replacement or overhaul of the storage tank according to the residual wall thickness and relative corrosive depth. In view of this situation, the safety evaluation method for oil and water storage tanks has been studied on the basis of ultrasonic wave inspection data and the corresponding design specifications. According to field test data, the evaluation and analysis software for large area corrosion defects or overall corrosion reduction of thickness as well as partial corrosion has been completed. Through the comprehensive evaluation on the defects, the appropriate detection cycle was determined. Some scientific decisions have been made including whether the corrosive storage tank being repaired or replaced, monitoring operation or lowering the operation parameters, so as to ensure the safe operation of storage tanks.
