异噁唑酯类反应性小分子凝胶研究

摘要
小分子凝胶是一类重要的软物质材料。因为小分子凝胶是分子之间通过非共价相互作用而形成,因为具有多样的自组装结构和调控手段。化学反应性凝胶是指凝胶因子在一定的反应条件下,发生化学反应的同时,自组装形成凝胶,因而显示出独特的组装调控特性。我们研究发现了一类含有异噁唑杂环的小分子能对碱金属离子产生选择性响应,它的甲醇溶液在加入NaOH后,可以在室温下形成瞬时凝胶;加入KOH可以形成结晶,而加入LiOH后体系依然保持溶液状态。本课题为反应性凝胶因子的设计提供了一个参考,同时能有助于我们理解凝胶这种介于溶液与固体之间的相态。
Low molecular weight gels(LMWGs) have potential application in many fields as a kind of soft material. The formation of LMWGs were because of the weak intermolecular interactions. Due to their special structure, LMWGs show the response to the environmental stimulus. There are huge number of papers related to the gelation and the crystallization of molecules, but there is still a few papers on why certain molecule formed gels or crystals. In this paper, we find a kind of molecule containing isoxazole moiety can respond to alkali metal ions. In their methanol solution, they can form instant organogels in the presence of NaO H, while they formed crystals in the presence of KOH. In the case of LiO H, the solution remained unchanged. This provided a reference for the design of the reactive gels and helped us to understand the gel that its phase was between solution and solid.
