海胆状空心磁性纳米硅酸铜的合成及其在人血红蛋白吸附方面的研究

摘要
文中以为四氧化三铁包覆的二氧化硅球为模板制得超顺磁的空心硅酸盐纳米材料。首先,通过st?ber法制得单分散的二氧化硅。然后通过高温回流的方法将四氧化三铁负载在二氧化硅表面,最后在碱性条件下加入不同的金属盐(Ni~(2+),Cu~(2+),Mg~(2+))通过水热法在刻蚀掉二氧化硅的同时在纳米粒子表面长出硅酸盐,从而得到空心超顺磁纳米材料。另外,所得到的海胆状的空心磁性硅酸铜具有较大的比表面积并且对牛血红蛋白有着优异的吸附性能。然后通过实验证实空心磁性硅酸铜在移除人血中的高丰度的血红蛋白时也展现出了优异的性能,并且能够在外加磁场的作用下进行材料的回收和重复利用。
Well-defined superparamagnetic Fe_3O_4/Metal-Silicate hollow spheres were fabricated using Si O_2@Fe_3O_4 as templates. Firstly, monodisperse Si O_2 spheres were obtained by classical st?ber method, and Si O_2@Fe_3O_4nanocomposites were fabricated in one-pot procedure through a solvothermal method, which were then converted into Fe_3O_4/Metal-Silicate with hollow nanostructure by hydrothermal reaction between the silica core and metal ions in alkaline solution. The resultant Fe_3O_4/Metal-Silicate composites exhibit both hollow structures and superparamagnetism. Furthermore, batch adsorption shows that the sea urchin-like Fe_3O_4/Cu Silicate hollow spheres exhibited large specific surface area and an excellent adsorption capacity on bovine hemoglobin. The resulting composites show not only a magnetic response to an externally applied magnetic field, but also can be a good adsorbent for removing the high abundant proteins(human hemoglobin) in human blood.
